His journey began by serving Montreal's nightlife community, where his signature schnitzel sandwiches quickly earned a loyal following. Over the years, he expanded his expertise to include corporate lunches, business meetings, conferences, weddings, and large-scale events for organizations throughout the city.

Drawing on both his culinary experience and his background in engineering, Thomas approaches every event with equal attention to creativity, organization, and detail.
